How game inputs, browser storage, shared links and external services handle information.

Orbit Play requires no account or login. Participant names, result labels, settings and results are processed in your browser to run games, without being sent to a separate operator game database. Use nicknames instead of real names, contact details or sensitive information. We do not operate a registration process to collect children’s personal information.
We remember your light or dark theme using orbit-play-theme in localStorage and may read the legacy orbit-ladder-theme value. These values may remain on your device until you clear the browser’s site data. Blocking storage does not prevent playing, but your theme may not persist.
Inputs and settings stay in the open page’s memory. Resetting a game clears its saved settings; refreshing or closing the page clears memory state. Shared URLs, browsing history and copied content must be deleted separately.
Links encode inputs, settings and a random seed without encryption. Anyone with the link can recover its contents. New links place data after #, outside ordinary page requests. Legacy links using ? may include data in server requests and access logs. Messaging services, browser sync and history may retain links. We cannot withdraw copies held by others.
Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects the site. Connection data such as IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and browser or device information may be processed, including outside Korea, such as in the United States, through its global infrastructure. Retention depends on the service, settings and Cloudflare policies.
Our app code contains no advertising or behavioral analytics trackers or cookies. Hosting security features may process necessary cookies and connection data. Game inputs are not sold or provided for advertising.
Ko-fi links open an external website where Ko-fi and payment providers process support transactions. Your display name, email, message and transaction information may be shared with the operator. Information received is used only to acknowledge support, answer inquiries and meet necessary legal obligations, not for advertising.
For email inquiries, we process your sender address, name if provided, message and attachments to respond and resolve issues. Unnecessary copies are deleted without undue delay once the inquiry or support-confirmation purpose is fulfilled. Legally required records are retained only for the required purpose and period. Originals held by external services follow their retention and deletion policies.
You or an authorized representative may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information handled by the operator. We verify authority, respond under applicable law and explain any restrictions. Delete device-only data through your browser’s site-data and history controls.
The service uses HTTPS and browser security policies. Access to inquiries and support records is limited to what is needed; unnecessary electronic copies are deleted. The following official Korean bodies also handle privacy complaints and mediation.
Changes and their effective date will be published here, with advance notice of important changes and separate consent when legally required. This policy was first issued on October 22, 2026.
