1. The service
These terms govern the web games and drawing tools provided by the Orbit Play operator. The service is free and requires no registration. It offers no accounts, paid game access or in-service payments.

2. Results and permitted use
Games are intended for entertainment and everyday choices. Results are generated in your browser from settings and a random seed; shared links may reproduce the same result. This is not a server-verified drawing service and does not certify fairness or protection against manipulation.
Consider these limitations when using results. Do not use the service for illegal gambling or infringement of others’ rights. It provides no fairness or security certification for decisions involving money, property or legal rights.
3. Inputs and sharing
Use nicknames and enter only necessary information. You must have lawful authority to enter or share another person’s personal information. Shared links may contain inputs and settings; anyone with a link can read and redistribute them. The operator cannot revoke or erase copies of shared links.
4. Conduct and ownership
Attacks that disrupt the service, malicious code, impersonation and copyright infringement are prohibited. Code, design and content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party open-source components are governed by the licenses listed on the Licenses page.
5. Changes and responsibility
Maintenance, errors, device or browser limitations and operational reasons may change or interrupt the service. Planned major changes or closure will be announced on the site in advance with reasons and timing; urgent incidents will be announced when practicable. Refreshing or closing the page may erase in-memory game state.
Responsibility is determined by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Support, updates and disputes
Ko-fi support is optional and takes place on an external website. Supporting the operator does not change game features or winning odds. Payment, cancellation and refunds are subject to the transaction terms and applicable law.
Changes to these terms and their effective date will be published here. Material changes will be announced on the site in advance, with separate consent where legally required. Korean law applies without excluding mandatory protections in your place of residence; jurisdiction follows applicable law. Where translations differ, the Korean text prevails to the extent permitted by law.
